Auction Terms:
1- All Sales are final. AS IS NO WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
2- There will be a 300.00 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT required to receive a bidder number. That will go towards your purchase or refunded same day if nothing is purchased.
3- All balances will be do by Monday at 5 in the form or cash or certified funds.
4- All bids are final- So please don't bid unless you have the funds to pay.
5- All titles will go in the registered bidders name-NO EXCEPTIONS.
6- Bidding will start at 9am Saturday October 10th-Auction preview Friday October 9th 9-5. 3955 South Redwood Road Salt Lake City.
7- 10% buyer fee on all items with a minimum of 100.00 and a max of 300.00.
8- Sales tax will be collected unless you are a non resident-then all appropriate forms will need to be filled out to be exempt from sales tax.
9- Buyers will be reasonable for safety - emissions and licensing. (Those that have passed safety and emissions will have an additional 45.00 fee added for the certificates.)
10- Buyers will be reasonable for all property tax and licensing fees.
